Patinated Bronze Knife

This knife is a lost wax casting in bronze taken directly from a bronze age dagger dated at around 1500 BC.

The original knife belonged to Ewart Oakeshott who kindly lent it to me to reproduce.
Ewart pointed out the heavy use that the blade has had on one side whilst the other is almost untouched and surprisingly sharp given its age.
The notched edge was most likely used for heavy chopping (bone?) whilst the keener edge for slicing and cutting (meat?).
