Norman Spangen Helm

A four piece Norman Spangen Helm by David Broomfield.

The four hand raised iron panels are left with their blackened surface straight from the forge.
The hook on the nasal bar is for attaching to a hauberk. Though these were common
on original Norman helms the hooks rarely survive the passage of history.
